  4. Date and Time: Select a suitable date and time for the event, taking into account the availability of key participants and potential conflicts with other events.
  5. Create a Timeline: Develop a detailed timeline outlining all the tasks leading up to the event, including deadlines for booking vendors, sending invitations, and finalizing arrangements.
  6. Vendor Selection: Identify and secure vendors such as caterers, decorators, AV equipment providers, etc. Obtain quotes, review contracts, and confirm arrangements well in advance.
