Limiting itself to just four of the top Southern California venues over the last six years, Limelight Event Services took liberty as exclusive caterer to perfect its non-traditional approach, and now offers avant-garde menu alternatives as deliverance from common catering options.
Our accomplished chefs are versatile and masterful, with experience in a wide range of styles, meaning no cuisine is off-limits. And since we only commit to one event per weekend per chef, we avoid over-booking or having to outsource, guaranteeing our clients that the most important day for their family will be executed by our family.
Executive Chef Jesse Brockman brings his experience as winner of The Great Food Truck Race, Season 2 on the Food Network. There, he and his fellow Lime Truck teammates produced unique daily menus with no direction other than what was in season and personally inspiring, to create a catering approach that is constantly adapting. Always raising the standard of wedding fare, Jesse and his chefs seek to invent a meal as unforgettable as the event itself.
